Are you accurate and passionate about data? Do you like to play with figures and communicate with freight service providers and customers every day? Then you might be the In- and Outbound Specialist we are looking for!
You will play a pivotal role in connecting our Plant with our Supply base and our Clients across Europe.
Further responsibilities will be:
- Support in Selection of Transport providers
- Ensure transportation (Ordering and coordination) of goods and the delivery of goods on highest level
- Complete shipping documents, invoices, and customs documents
- Ensure, that Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is provided to the customer according to customer requirements
- Ensure that all customer packaging & information’s and forwarder requirements are met.
- Acts as contact person for service providers and transport forwarder on plant level
- Ensure the packaging process - ordering packaging, registration in the system, Inventory management, handling deviation complaints
Your profile
We see you with a minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics) or a similar qualification. You have collected already few years of equivalent work experience – in warehousing, in- and outbound, customer service or disposition. Furthermore, you are experienced in Freight Management & related laws. Experience in the automotive industry will be seen as an advantage.
On the personal side you are a strong, proactive and a loyal team player and you thrive in a dynamic environment where the days are not uniform.
Strong language skills are required in at least two out of the 3 languages Danish, English or German
Knowhow to Microsoft Office Package is expected, excellent knowledge of Excel. Experience with ERP systems, especially MS Dynamics, is an advantage.
